Welcome to Tyxra.online. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Tyxra.online, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any updates we may implement in the future.

2. Eligibility

• Users of all ages can access and use our platform.

• If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use our services.

• We reserve the right to disqualify users found violating our policies.

3. Platform Usage

• Users can complete tasks and submit a Google Form for reward verification.

• Any fraudulent activities, including multiple submissions, automation, or manipulation of tasks, will result in disqualification.

• Users must follow all task-specific instructions to qualify for rewards.

• There is no limit on the number of tasks a user can complete. However, users must be new users for each task, meaning they should not have previously used the app or service on their mobile device before completing the task.

• Verification will be conducted using the task account number, UPI ID, or Binance ID to ensure compliance with the new user requirement.

• If a user is caught trying to bypass this rule, they will receive no payment for that task.

4. Earnings and Payments

• Users can earn rewards by completing tasks as per the system guidelines.

• Payouts will be processed after verification through the submitted Google Form.

• Payments will be made via UPI or cryptocurrency.

• Users opting for cryptocurrency payments must have a legitimate Binance account for receiving payments.

• Payouts are typically processed within 24 hours, but in extreme cases, it may take up to 1 week.

• There is no minimum payout amount—users will receive payments per completed task.

• We reserve the right to withhold payments if fraudulent activity is detected.

• Any fees associated with withdrawals are the user's responsibility.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Engage in fraud, hacking, or exploiting the system.

• Use automated tools or VPNs to complete tasks.

• Provide false information in the Google Form.

• Violate any applicable laws while using the platform.

6. Privacy Policy

• We collect and use user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• User information will not be sold or misused, but may be shared with third-party advertisers for task verification and reward processing.

7. Disqualification and Ban

We reserve the right to disqualify users if:

• They violate these Terms and Conditions.

• Fraudulent activities are detected.

• They submit false or incomplete information in the Google Form.

• Users who believe they were wrongly denied payment can contact us via email at tyxraonline@gmail.com, and we will fix it in a few days.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

• Tyxra.online provides services "as is" without any warranties.

• We are not responsible for technical failures, losses, or damages arising from the use of our platform.

• Users participate at their own risk.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Tyxra.online after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
